x Blacklisted users are not permitted to owning any of my work , including but not limited to; art , characters , designs , ect . If you are seen giving any of my work to blacklisted users, you will be blacklisted as well .
x Once I have finished, you are free to do what you wish with what I have given you . However , please be wary of what you do , because making things with the character such as , but not limited to : hate art , nsfw / fetish art , theft [ like claiming it is your own work ] , ect . can land you blacklisted for my own comfort .
x I have every right to deny a commission with or without reasoning .
x Finished work will only be sent after the payment is complete .
x I will never ask for a character back , even if you have been blacklisted . If the character is up for offer , however, I may offer , or if they are free , I may ask , but I will never demand for you to give it to me .ART / CUSTOMS .
x You may resell / retrade / regift my designs , however , please do not advertise them for more than they are worth .
x You may redesign my designs as much as you wish , however , do not remove credit unless there is a significant change .
x Designs of mine can be used for commercial use .
x I do not do refunds unless I am not past the lineart phase .
x I will not draw art commissions without a digital reference .
